TOP JOB is a brand of zeag GmbH, the Center for Employer Attractiveness. Together with strong partners such as the University of St. Gallen and well-known figures from politics and business, we are committed to improving the working world. We are based in Constance, Germany. Most of our clients are German small and medium-sized enterprises, some of which operate internationally. That is why our assessment also suits international teams: the employee survey runs online in German and English and, on request, in further languages.

As director of the Institute for Leadership and Human Resource Management at the University of St. Gallen and a renowned leadership expert in the German-speaking world, Heike Bruch has been the scientific head of TOP JOB since 2005.

Assessment
We measure your quality as an employer with an employee survey and a culture audit of your HR instruments, in cooperation with the University of St. Gallen.
Organizational development
Your results show three to five priority areas for action, with concrete recommendations for targeted measures.
TOP JOB seal
We officially recognize companies that meet our clearly defined quality criteria. They may use the seal in their employer branding and recruiting for 24 months.
TOP JOB certification for top employers
The TOP JOB certification is well established in the German market. Companies have been striving for this quality mark for more than 25 years. It stands for employers, partners and politicians who care about a better working environment – sincerely and sustainably.
In addition to the employer seal, there are seals for individual industries and federal states, and a training seal for companies that want to highlight the quality of their vocational training.

Certified employers become part of the TOP JOB community and gain access to formats for exchange with other TOP JOB employers.
Employer of the Year
An employee-first mentality and a strong workplace culture distinguish all TOP JOB employers. Among them are some companies whose qualities as an employer are particularly outstanding.
Every certified company is considered without having to apply. The best results in each of the four size classes form a shortlist, from which the TOP JOB jury selects one Employer of the Year per size class once a year. The jury brings together figures from business, science, politics and journalism.
